Shipping and Orders

We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Orders are shipped within 24 hours after full payment is received.

Delivery

We offer different delivery options depending on your location. You can choose your preferred delivery method during checkout.

In order to keep shipping as low as possible (and to guarantee that you will actually receive your package), we use a courier service.

When you order in our webshop, you can choose to have your package delivered with Bring, DAO, GLS or PostNord.

You can choose delivery to a parcel shop or have your parcel sent directly to your home.

When we dispatch your order we will email you a tracking number. If you have not received your tracking number please check your spam folder or contact us via email support@diamonddotpainting.eu or phone +45 2391 3642. Provide them with your invoice number and they will send you the tracking number.

Packages sent with a courier are delivered to the door or to the selected ParcelShop.

If you are not at home upon delivery, parcels can subsequently be picked up at the nearest ParcelShop.

You will receive your package in 2-5 working days (depending on your location) from the day of payment confirmation.

Pickup

You also have the option to pick up your goods at our address.

In that case, you can call (+45-2391-3642) or email (orders@diamonddotpainting.eu) your order and you will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. 

You have the option of paying in cash or via MobilePay when you pick up your goods.
