General:

The stated terms apply to all sales from Diamond-Dot Painting ApS, as long as nothing else has been agreed in writing between the two parties.

Buying instructions:

How to make a purchase at www.diamonddotpainting.eu

1. You find the desired product and add this to the shopping cart. This is repeated if you want to buy more products.
2. When all desired products have been added to the shopping cart and prices/quantity have been checked, you go to the checkout.
3. Enter name and delivery address. Confirm that you have read and accept the terms and conditions and click on “Go to payment"
4. Choose your payment and shipping method and approve your order.
5. Once the payment has been approved, the order is completed. You will receive an e-mail shortly after receiving a receipt that we have received your order
.

NOTE: Items placed in your shopping basket is not a guarantee that the item will still be available or in stock by the time you get to checkout. This is particularly important during “sale periods" when others might be choosing the same item. Your order is not confirmed until the payment is received.

Delivery:

When ordering, in addition to pick-up from our store, we offer delivery by courier at an additional cost.

 
Returns:

Diamond-Dot Painting ApS offers a 14-day return option if you change your mind. The right of return expires 14 days after the day you received your item.

However, the right of return CANNOT be used for special orders such as designs supplied by the customer.

To exercise your right to return items, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. In your message, you must clearly make us aware that you wish to exercise your right of cancelation of your purchase.

Your item must be returned to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You bear the costs in connection with the return of the goods you want to return.

You bear the risk for the item from the day you receive it and upon return, you are therefore responsible for the item being packed properly.

You cannot cancel the purchase of an item by simply refusing to receive it without at the same time giving us clear notice of this.

Original packaging is required for a full refund. Therefore, in order to ensure that you receive all your money back, it is recommended that the item be returned in the original packaging.

PLEASE NOTE: Exchanges and Returns do not apply to the Black Friday/Black Friday Weekends/Cyber Monday promotions offered by Diamond-dot Painting®.

 
Right of complaint:

The rules on errors and omissions apply to your purchases of goods.

In accordance with the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you as a consumer have a right to make a complaint for 24 months on all goods, which means that you can either have the goods repaired, exchanged, your money back or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.

Defects in a product must be reported within a “reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect or defect. A complaint period of 60 days is considered reasonable.

Never return items until you have been in contact with us.

Pack the goods properly – you are responsible until we have received them. Remember to enclose a copy of the return form.

NOTE – We do not accept packages that are sent to us for cash on delivery.

 
Refund of the purchase amount:

The refund will be made without unnecessary delay and in any case no later than 14 days after the date on which we received the item returned.

We do not receive packages without delivery or packages sent by post for cash on delivery.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to us and we will either repair/replace it or refund you subject to the following terms:

 
1: Preparing your package for return

To ensure that your request is processed as soon as possible, you are responsible for the following when you return your products;

• Pack your products safely and securely for protection during transit
• Clearly mark your details on the outside of the package
• Include all accessories and parts sold with the product

Failure to comply with any of these requirements may delay the processing of your request or result in its complete rejection.

 
2: Unwanted products

You can return an unwanted product to us provided:

  • It is undamaged and unused with the original packaging, labels and stickers affixed.
  • It does not lack any accessories or parts.

You can send the product back using a courier of your choice. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will refund your account with the purchase price of the product within 10 days of the return. We do not reimburse your courier expenses.

 
3: Products damaged on delivery

If a product is damaged or lacks parts or accessories at the time of delivery/pickup, please notify us within 7 days of delivery/pickup by emailing [email protected] or calling +45 2391 3642.

We will arrange to collect the product from you for free. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will repair/replace the product as soon as possible (if such repair is possible/we have the same product in stock for use as a replacement) or refund you with the product’s purchase price.

 
4: Defective products

We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of high quality and in good condition and without defects.


What is a defect? A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one might reasonably be entitled to expect under the circumstances.

The following are NOT considered defective and do not entitle you to return under this Section 4:

• Incorrect colour according to your personal opinion
• Damages due to negligence, misuse of the user or misuse of the product;
• Damage due to insufficient care of the product
• Damage due to unauthorized changes to the product
• Where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the site and generally fit the intended purpose, do not suit you
• Signs of handling and/or repackaging.

If the product is damaged at any time due to user error, we will do our best to help you resolve the issue. If the problem needs changes that cannot be performed by the user, the item can be sent to our warehouse for further inspection. The courier fee is paid by the client.

 
5: Missing beads

If you receive a product that is missing some or all of the beads, simply call customer service on +45 2391 3642 or email them at [email protected] The beads are sent free of charge to you.

 
6: Replacing one color with another color

We strongly recommend that you do not replace any color with an alternative color of your choice.
However, if you want to replace one color on your canvas with another color of your choice, we cannot be liable for the end result. Any extra colors you request, in addition to the colors in the actual design, are supplied at an additional cost.
